Benefits of Exhibiting

All breakfast and coffee breaks will occur within the exhibit hall to

enhance exposure to exhibits. All exhibit fees include a 6-foot table top

display and all scientific session meal functions for exhibiting company personnel.

Your exhibit fee also includes:

• Company name listing in the Program Book and onsite acknowledgement flyer.

• Complimentary registration for up to two (2) exhibiting personnel at each table. 

• Two (2) copies of the Program Book per tabletop contracted.

• Exhibitor personnel (limit 2) are invited to attend all scientific sessions, space permitting. 

• Exhibitors are also invited to all SOCIAL events  including:  golf, tennis, fishing  and beachside clam bake and opening party!.
